    Buffalo's Tough Old Bird at Bug Jar. Haven't seen them in a while. They were an acoustic duo in the mold of Milk Carton Kids. This visit they were a quartet with a solid rhythm section, fully electric, sounding more like The Jayhawks.

    I broke my 5 night streak of "No Mastodon". Couldn't get to Night 6...

    I detailed it on the pawb.fun instance. Tl;dr it did prove being on socials was never good to my brain. I lose sanity and other terrible mind stuff happens to me when I stay here and more so when people actually engage with my stuff...

    Anyone who's on Mastodon, or Fediverse isn't at fault. I have a fault in my brain that, in actuality, I don't wanna fix. Being solitary has always been where I felt free, energized, and less sad and feelin' less like shit

    So I'll be off now. But I'll leave y'all a nice music from the game I've been bingin' for the meantime I was out. Maybe this time I'll get to Night 7 and beyond, maybe even beyond than that. a 404 Error haha

    Mistä tunnistaa käyneen hunajan? Se voi olla rakenteeltaan kummallista, kuplia tai muuttua vetiseksi. Yleensä helpointa on tunnistaa käynyt hunaja hajusta, se haisee alkoholille.

    Onko käynyt hunaja sitten käyttökelvotonta? Ei, sitä voi edelleen aivan hyvin käyttää ruoanvalmistuksessa. Teehen se toki luo kiljumaisen aromin, mutta ehkä siitäkin joku tykkää.

    Laadukas suomalainen hunaja on yleensä niin kuivaa, ettei se ala käymään. Hunajan kosteuden pitää olla kuluttajamyynnissä alle 20 %, mutta jo 19 % kosteus lisää käymisriskiä. Oman hunajani kosteus on vaihdellut 17-18 % välillä.

    Tänä vuonna näköjään kuorima-altaan pohjalle kerääntynyt hunaja lähti käymään, niin laitan taas satsin medovinaa eli hunajaviiniä tulemaan.
