Easy Rider is a film that really never did anything for me. I understand how important it was to the formation of the New Hollywood scene of the 70s that I adore, but despite a great cast the film itself just never had much appeal to me, but then again nor did much on the hippie side of late 60s counter-culture so that could help explain it.
