I am now a full week into being back into doing the treadmill every day. I'm already feeling a difference, so I opted to ratchet things up slightly and start adding around 10 minutes of jogging a day.
Boy I fucking hate running.
But also, I love how I feel once it's over. My body just feels amazing, and once I get my joints to a point where the shock doesn't bug them, it'll feel even better.

Heard the rental car employee talking and they only had seven total reservations today.
I am paying double for this rental compared to 2019.
And as much as I hate it, it's kinda good to hear people are generally not biting on these stupid prices. If I had a better option I'd have taken it.

The Misfits thought they had the game won and called the jam.
The Vines called a time-out with one second remaining on the game clock.
So we get one last jam, and the Misfits, while not getting lead jammer, managed to corral the Vines and win by six points.
If you know derby, you know this is an amazing finish to any game.
Just awesome.
