Scrivener. Förra projektet kunde jag absolut inte ha i det programmet, vi blev osams och jag rörde det inte på många år. Men det har hänt saker sedan v1.-vad-det-nu-var.
Fast utskrifterna blir fortfarande underliga och den radbryter som en nybörjare om jag bara exporterar texten för utskrift. Exporterar jag till Word försvinner hälften av formatteringen, den radbryter fortfarande som en nybörjare och den påstår ivrigt att texten är engelsk. #författare #wip #skriva #scrivener

I'm really impressed with #scrivener for long form writing. It's been around for a long time, but the idea of being able to write long form in out of order sections and then collect them later makes a lot of sense to me.
And the corkboard view works like a giant kanban board, which is dope.

#scrivener Wow. I mean, OMFG! The editor has RegEx (regular expression) search! Switched from Pages for the current novel because of sync issues. But this! If you follow me, you know I am beginning revision of a 130,000 word novel, on a hunt and destroy mission against my #hedgewords and #weasel words. Now I can search the entire novel manuscript using Search Project set to Text, RegEx, SearchManuscript Only with this RegEx:
- about|almost|barely|begin|can|certainly|generally|just|kind of|maybe|mostly|near|of course|perhaps|possibly|potentially|probably|really|some|sort of|start|started to|still|usually
This lists all the text documents hit and highlights all the bad words in the editor. I just page down and fix them. I can get the job done in one pass through the novel. What a pleasure! My productivity is doubled!

Does anyone know how to get Scrivener to replace italics with underlines? I've clicked the compile option, but it's not working. I've also tried doing it manually within the styles section in compile. Not working either.
That worked last time I did it but not today. What moon phase are we in? Am I suppose to sacrifice the goat this week, or the pig, to appease the Scrivener gods?

Scrivo alla matrigna di mia moglie che mi dà il numero del fruttivendolo che ha aperto la trattoria, a cui chiedere dell'albanese esperto di muri a secco, che devo mettere in contatto con il geometra responsabile dei lavori in modo che possa coordinarlo con l'impresa che si occupa dello sbancamento perché possano mettere in sicurezza il muro che al mercato mio suocero (piú facilmente il bisnonno se non il trisavolo) comprò.

@scrivenersmith we had our gaming session today: the class chose #Hollows. In the end they found the set up phase more environmentally relevant than actual gameplay. Nonetheless, it was a great way to welcome the winter break. Thank you for the suggestion.

Scrivo a Konsumer, che so trattare la problematica della segnaletica stradale "abbandonata" e dopo neanche 2 ore mi scrive il Presidente in persona per chiedere info in modo da mandare una diffida al responsabile.
Si conferma quindi il fatto che noi #cittadini dobbiamo #SEGNALARE quello che non va, perchè ogni tanto c'è chi ci ASCOLTA ed INTERVIENE.

Scrivere questo "ritratto doppio" (più o meno) dei fratelli #MauricedeBroglie e (soprattutto) #LouisdeBroglie è stato complicato, non solo perché erano due o per quello che ha fatto Louis per la fisica del XX secolo, ma soprattutto per gli imprevisti arrivati nel cammino. Ma raccontare anche la storia del fratellone che porta il fratellino fino al Nobel per la fisica è stato, per me, emozionante!

I'm listening to #Scrivener read my latest draft of The Duchess. It's actually even better being read aloud than just reading it. Even though Scrivener doesn't pronounce all words correctly (how hard is 'as' to pronounce?) and the voice is mechanical without the expression a human reader would give it.
Wish I could afford to do an #Audiobook as I think the duology of #TheButler and #TheDuchess would do really well in that market. But sadly, Social Security doesn't cover such things.
If you are looking for a good fantasy romance with magic, fae, and some very unexpected twists and turns, stay tuned. These two book are getting close to publication ready.

Scrivere una scena erotica in un romanzo può essere incredibilmente difficile. Ci sono così tante sfumature da tenere in considerazione: il linguaggio, la descrizione, il tono giusto. Deve essere sexy, ma non volgare. Deve essere ben scritta, ma non troppo tecnica. E poi c'è sempre la paura che venga fraintesa o criticata. Ma per me, come scrittrice di literary erotica, è una sfida che vale la pena affrontare.

@scrivolical I go #startrek but its usually more obscure than calling my box/wifi/container #picard, enterprise or something. I choose things from beta canon or ship classes, particle names etc. Many of which people wouldn't link to Star Trek
