I've been looking for a new tool for managing my social media scheduling etc. that supports #Mastodon. I've been on #Hootsuite for ever, and I've used #Buffer in the past too. #Buffer announced support for Mastodon so I had a look there. I had issues with tagging #LinkedIn posts on Buffer, the main target for my scheduled posts, so that was out. I was tagged in a comment recommending #SocialChamp so I thought I'd take a look.
Social Champ, so far, is great. The free tier (that I'm in at the moment whilst I trial the system) is way better than Buffer's offering. Not only do tags work properly, but there are no limitations other than the number of social accounts you can connect and the number of account users. Not everything's perfect, and I've provided feedback directly to Social Champ on this, however Mastodon posts are limited to 500 characters and the mobile app needs some attention.
Well worth a look.

Я (иногда) использую https://buffer.com. В бесплатном варианте можно постить в 3 канала из списка #Facebook / #Instagram / #Twitter / #LinkedIn / #Threads / #YouTube / #TikTok / #Pinterest / #Bluesky #Google Business, но только в одну стороноу (т.е. каменты обрабатывать уже на местах придется), и нет аналититки (если мы про #SMM).
Большой минус в плане слоновника — ограничение на 500 символов вне зависимости от такового на инстансе. 😠
Есть отложенный постинг (собсно, это его основная фича).
Еще есть https://socialchamp.com, примерно то же самое, но понравилось как-то меньше. Там забесплатно есть импорт #RSS (3-часовая задержка, до 5 постов в день).
EDIT: Меньше понравилось тем, что в календаре он (в случае слоновника, другими не пользуюсь) показывает только посты, отправленные через сервис, в то время как Buffer видит все (не включая бусты и с большой задержкой, но тем не менее).

#ОткрылДляСебя Buffer — сервис для создания и планирования постов в соцсетях. Точнее — переоткрыл в отношении #Mastodon, ибо всякими фейсбуками и твиторами не пользуюсь, а Mastodon в списке поддерживаемых появился, кажется, сравнительно недавно.
Итак, что умеет:
- Планировать посты по расписанию: пишешь в 3 часа ночи, пост публикуется в 9 утра, вероятность того, что кто-то прочитает, увеличивается.
- Смотреть записи в виде календаря (причем, подтягивает туда и те, что сделаны не из приложения): полезность спорна, но мне нравится наглядность.
- Можно писать черновики.
- Добавлять к посту КДПВ с Unsplash и других сервисов, например, Google Photo.
- Есть AI-ассистент (который, к сожалению, на русском языке может только сгенерировать пост «на тему»; при попытке «сократить» или «дополнить» — получается перевод на английский 🤪).
- Интегрируется с всякими другими приложениями (типа Zapier, IFTTT).
Из минусов:
- Ограничение в 500 символов. Разработчики поставлены в известность и обещали подумать над этим.
- Не умеет автопостить RSS (наверно, можно сделать через Zapier или IFTTT).
Бесплатно можно подключить 3 аккаунта и писать выборочно в один или несколько.
Еще можно зделоть простенькую «визитку» на красивом домене start.page, но это больше для инстасамок, у которых в профиле можно только одну ссылку. Но умеет. В общем, на бесплатном плане это вроде всё.
P.S. Постить из RSS (правда, не особо оперативно) умеет socialchamp — как бы аналог, но труба пониже и дым пожиже. Не слишком оперативно, но вроде работает.

World Chimpanzee Day
Il 14 luglio torna il World Chimpanzee Day, la giornata mondiale dedicata agli scimpanzé: geni della foresta, acrobati del buonumore e, diciamolo, i più irresistibili “quasi-umani” del pianeta. Dal 2018 questa ricorrenza celebra l’eredità di Jane Goodall, che proprio il 14 luglio del 1960 mise piede nella foresta di Gombe e cambiò per sempre la storia della biologia. Da allora, ogni anno, il mondo si riunisce per festeggiare i nostri parenti più stretti con iniziative, scoperte e un bel po’ di risate.
✨ Novità 2026: cosa bolle nella giungla?
Il tema internazionale di quest’anno è “Voices of the Forest”, un invito a dare spazio — e volume — alle storie degli scimpanzé, dei ricercatori e dei santuari che li proteggono. E le novità non mancano:
- Nuova mappa globale dei santuari: il Jane Goodall Institute ha lanciato una piattaforma interattiva che permette di “visitare” virtualmente i centri di recupero in Africa, con video in diretta delle attività quotidiane dei chimp (spoiler: sì, litigano per le banane).
- Progetto ChimpanZoom 2.0: un upgrade del programma educativo che porta nelle scuole europee lezioni immersive in realtà aumentata. I bambini potranno osservare come gli scimpanzé costruiscono nidi, comunicano e… rubano frutta con una destrezza degna di un ladro di scena.
- Campagna #BananaForChange: influencer, biologi e artisti uniti per sensibilizzare sulla perdita dell’habitat. L’idea? Trasformare la banana in simbolo di protezione ambientale. Preparati a vedere stories gialle ovunque.
- Nuovi dati scientifici: nel 2026 è stato pubblicato uno studio che conferma che gli scimpanzé non solo usano strumenti, ma li modificano in base al contesto. In pratica: piccoli MacGyver della savana.

- Il Centro di Monte Adone presenta il progetto “Scimmie in Ascolto”, dedicato alla riabilitazione comportamentale degli animali salvati dal traffico illegale.
- Sui social italiani spopola il filtro “Chimp Chic”, che trasforma il volto degli utenti in una versione scimmiesca glamour (non sempre lusinghiera, ma decisamente divertente).
🎉 Perché festeggiare?
Perché gli scimpanzé sono in pericolo, ma anche pieni di vita, cultura, emozioni e sorprese. Ridono, ballano sotto la pioggia, si offendono se ignorati e condividono con noi il 98,7% del DNA. Celebrarli significa ricordare che proteggere loro è proteggere anche noi.
