US Air Force Awards Boeing $131 Billion F-15 Contract

The US Air Force has awarded Boeing a whopping $131.2 billion contract to support the F-15 family through production, upgrades, and sustainment, a deal that will run through August 2037. Thoughts after watching a couple of documentaries on #Boeing on Netflix -

I'm never flying on a Boeing plane again.
It's amazing how quickly all the hard work done by previous generations can be undone. Boeing was renowned for safety. When the greedy CEOs trying to maximize profits at the expense of safety tried to convince people that safety was the most important thing to them, it was obviously a lie. How can you ever trust them again? It will take just as long to re-establish trust.

The same is true about the GOP MAGAts, especially with regard to the military. DJT brags about our incredible military. Yes, we used to have a "great" military built by previous administrations who understood the whole civilian control, merit-based promotion, chain-of-command stuff etc. In just a short time, DJT has fired the qualified leadership that wouldn't bend the knee, making us less prepared, less safe.

It took so long to build and now it's destroyed in a matter of days.

I will never vote for a GOP candidate after what they've done to the nation. They can't be trusted. Ever.
