  10. Competing Logics in an Partnership: Case Evidence from Indonesia: 'exploring the interplay of logics within an international organization-local public sector partnership. Results show that the “accountability logic”of the international organization (WHO) conflicted with the “hierarchical” public sector logic of the ministry.' Perhaps this goes without saying, but these types of partnerships are really challenging precisely due to these different logics.
