Online seminar 20 April on #Refugee participation in higher education in #Uganda: the nexus of brokers, barriers, and the digital. Speakers are Dr Rovincer Najjuma and Dr Rebecca Nambi, both of #Makerere University, and me (of the University of #Edinburgh). All welcome.
