Excidobates mysteriosus frog, is a species of frog that is endemic to Peru. It is known for the polka-dots and a special white dot is always located right under its chin. Unlike other rainforest frogs, this species lives in on open, dry rocky cliffs and canyon walls in northwestern Peru. It relies on bromeliad plants growing on rocks. These plants catch rainwater in their petals to create vital water pools and act like "umbrellas" to shield the frogs from the harsh daytime heat.

I nearly fell off my chair when #Bullock, Chair of the #RBA, in her presser this afternoon acknowledged that there is no #Wage-Inflation *Spiral* (a traditional cop-out for the RBA austerity packages) and that wage earners are seeing prices increasing while their wages fail to keep up and hence doing it tough.
But, Hell cop it on the chin anyway ‘cause we’ve raised your mortgage repayments by an average of $100 pm (on a $700K mortgage).
Bullock has put the price increases down to the rise in material input costs resulting from higher import cost due to #Oil demand outstripping supply (thank you #47 ) as well as a lack of #productivity increase (for which she didn’t spell out a cause — hint, lack of business profit being plowed back into the business to make it more efficient. She also said Public and Private fiscal impacts on inflation were negligible but that the first six months figures, to be confirmed soon in the #ABS release of the Sept qtr #CPI, showed an untenable rise in inflation which has to be taken down to 2.6%. by hook or by crook.
Wage earners are the chimps who pay for #Greedflation and #SupplySide inflationary pressures everytime. Businesses just pass the anticipated cost on to the customers as always. I guess that is really what #NeoLiberal #TrickleDownEconomics is all about. The punter pays through the nose while the #Rentiers and #SalariedCEOs fill their pockets. Jeeech. -
