New paper alert! "Concentrations of per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances in estuarine systems can vary greatly within tidal cycles".

We show single grab samples may under or over-estimate #PFAS concentration in estuaries due to tidal influence over time.

Today there is a lot of press about a proposed link between #Bisphenol-A (BPA) and #Autism in #boys There is a lot to like about the study, including that they went to the trouble of describing and testing a plausible biological mechanism by which the effect could occur but it's not the whole story.
