  17. @AliveDevil dunno for FreeCAD but my trick with #Wings3D was to export it to STL and do that with #inkscape

    Does #FreeCAD have an export for this? I'm almost sure it does.

A new Version of #FreeShip is out I helped the developer to add a new import format, this now helps many that need to convert Subdivision Surfaces into #IGES, because now you can import VRML2 files I use #Blender to export into OBJ and then I convert OBJ into VRML2 with #Wings3D an application that preserve the quad topology, also #opensource, and still developed, sadly others app do a triangulations and you lose the topology information. #CAD #boat #design github.com/markmal/freeship-pl

  31. Working on a sewer / dungeon asset pack. All the textures are painted in Photoshop with a Wacom. All of the 3D is made with Wings3D. The lighting effects are done using vertex colors. More coming soon!
