#StupidQuestion #software #searchengines #development #search So in this era of enshitification, when internet searches are all AI, Ads and incorrect results, what are the options besides asking AI in those situations, like those where you don’t already know where to look? Is there a link tree or a catalog’d search collection of good links that i should investigate or self host? When something breaks, where are you finding the answers today? I feel like i need a phone book or a contact list or something. Lol.

I agree that "there's no such thing as a stupid question" for the most part, but "does anyone want the rest of these chips?" is running it fairly close.

So I decided to click a link that sent me to the page below.
I start reading and a stupid dialog box pop into my face asking that I give them an email address if I want to continue to read.

Thus continues my custom of filling dialog boxes I did not consent to with garbage!

I was practicing with my new macro lens on this Bee & now that I'm counting the wings, I'm afraid there might be only 2 & thus I'm troubled that it was in fact a very large Fly masquerading as a charming floofy Bee
Anybody know for sure?

Would I be right that the Supreme Court’s recent decision opens up denial of service for anyone where the customer’s request is against the business owners beliefs? Eg. An atheist could then choose not to create a product or carry out a service where religion is involved?
