June 21, also marks 18 years since the NT Intervention was announced, an apartheid regime that continues to this day.
Spread the word and come to keep up the pressure for justice.
A 24-year-old disabled Warlpiri man was killed in custody.
We demand truth. We demand accountability. We demand justice.
📢 FAMILIES DEMANDS:
• An independent investigation—not by NT Police
• The officer involved must be stood down immediately
• Release all CCTV and body cam footage to the family
• Stop the lies — cease all public statements defaming Kumanjayi
• Issue a public apology for the harm caused to the family and community
