1 #HappyThanksgiving to #Canadians and all! You might have noticed I'm more interested in the #SolarYear observances -solstices, equinoxes, cross-quarter days- and the ancient holidays based on them. 'Recent' upstarts 😉 layered on top of these ancient dates- Christmas, Easter etc- are less interesting to me than their nature based precedents! That doesn't mean there cannot be beauty in the common traditions, outside commercialism and over consumption! #SeasonalRhythms #pagan #Linden #LimeTree
