#SethMcFarlane pretty consistently rubs me the wrong way. I've been able to tolerate him enough to get through The Orville. A Million Ways to Die in the West didn't hold up well during a second viewing, making me wish for a version with just scenes of Charlese Theron and Neil Patrick Harris.

at times #TheOrville might have a bit too much #SethMcFarlane humour, but overall I really like it as a bit more light-hearted #StarTrekTheNextGeneration. :)
It also still manages to touch on societal issues and hypothetical dilemmas as #StarTrek has done for many years.

I really enjoyed season two of #TheOrville and hope #Fox will renew it for a third season.
A bit less #SethMcFarlane humour, and we've got a solid replacement for#STTTNG that could probably go on for several seasons imho.
