Maar voedselindustrie: een wereldwijd voedseltekort was inderdaad wel de verwachting en door wetenschappelijke doorbraken kon er inderdaad meer geproduceerd worden en voedsel kon ook steeds goedkoper geproduceerd worden. Dus ja, het hielp wel qua beschikbaarheid en betaalbaarheid, maar ik vermoed eerlijk gezegd niet qua gezondheid.
Margarine was afaik de eerste of één van de eerste upf's en was gebaseerd op het idee dat vet slecht voor je was. Dus haalden ze dat er voor jou uit om dat weer in andere producten toe te voegen als je wat meer toe was aan feestvoedsel, zoals taart. Dit alles met grote winsten als doel en niet iemands gezondheid.
Ja, verbeterde gezondheidszorg zal zeker bijdragen aan de levensverwachting. 👈🏻
