Dynamic spatial coding in parietal cortex mediates tactile-motor transformationParticipants pointed to tactile stimuli on their uncrossed and crossed feet. We dissociated sensory and motor coding with an anti-task.

Dynamic spatial coding in parietal cortex mediates hand movement planning towards touch
by former PhD student Janina Klautke (Brandes)
and postdoc Celia Fosterparticipants pointed to/away from tactile stimuli on (un)crossed feet (=pro/anti task). We find anatomical and spatial stimulus coding, pro/anti rule, and motor goal location in posterior parietal cortex. Spatial coding changes over the trial.
