I think it's all greenwashing and backed by BigOil.
They'd love to see huge capital sunk into hydrogen infrastructure (as it is with power stations, petro-chemical industry, and transport systems) to lock in future demand for a product of which 99% is produced from fossil methane, and which can only go green once we have a significant excess of renewable electricity. That's something that is not going to happen for a long time if ever thanks to new renewable capacity being mostly incremental, and with so much being sucked up by data centres and AI.

At 67 years old, I have seen and experienced a bit. I have had many occupations over the years including: bookkeeper, #Photographer, IT consultant, #RenewableEnergy consultant, banker and #Drone pilot. I have been employed and self employed. I am a #Union member. Now retired, I am getting back into photography especially using my drone.
I look forward to reading and sharing views with like minded people but also prepared to explore the ideas of others.
