After the ice cream my day went downhill.
I thought I just had one cover to wash today but no.
The sudden influx of flies when I opened the door sent me searching the house.
The pillow case from Benji's cat tower went in the wash with the sheet from my bed. Then I cleaned two windowsills where he likes to lie.Too many accidents.

This time last year I was very poorly and caused my hoomans to panic, worry and Google things at 3am, cancel their Christmas plans and think about remortgaging the house in order to pay for the ridiculous vet bills.
I had another funny turn in the summer too but thanks to lots of daily medicine, expensive diet food, care and fuss, today, I am happy to report I’m still here for Christmas 2025.
The vets say “I’m a little miracle”. Go me!!
Here’s to a healthy 2026.

Older teen just asked if it was ok if they have their bedroom light on all night, if they’re staying up to watch fluffy.
I thanked them for asking, and reminded them that’s it’s ok to do that, especially if doing something important.

Fluffy has had the op, just woken up from it. If there are no problems, they will ring in a few hours, with a time to pick her up.
Can’t have the meds they would usually give, because of the ones she takes for allergies. They’re giving her some others though. She obviously needs lots of rest. We can’t wait to have her home ❤️

Still waiting for news about Fluffy. They rang this morning to say she had a comfortable night, and ate some food. They said they would ring after surgery today.
