Today, I finished a new one of my #BiodiversityShrines feat. Jordanita subsolana, a #butterfly now extinct in our region. My #shrines are a mixture of #paperArt #nature, elements of #culturalHeritage materials and "civilisation" #waste, like the 8 cm wide cheese box and the precious #plastic-cement-waste. My inspirations come from #klosterarbeiten, #reliquaries #naturalHistory #museums and my brain.

1/ O holy laziness! I decided not to go to the museum because rainy 14°C is not so much comfortable for sitting outside. I will enjoy the pleasant coolness in my studio before the heat returns. I have just arranged: a #VisibleMending course in May, one for #ArtJournals in June and a showcase for my #BiodiversityShrines at the Autumn Festival.
Now I have to quickly write the publicity texts, calculate the prices and create lots of art.🙂
