my landlord is taking me to court to evict me for frequent late payments again in september! her case is weak, and she lost last time, so it's critical that i don't miss the 1st to ensure i win. if so, i might even win moral damages for harassment - there's precedence - which will cover a few months of rent on its own

also, i had a good interview last week and expect an offer this week. between that and the prospective damages compensation, i'll probably be able to get back on my feet finally
