Why do I need assistance? I am a disabled transgender type 1 diabetic. I make most my money from fiction. Generally, this is less than $300 a month. This month I will only get about $100. I recently was able to afford (with a lot of help) getting dentures.
But, that left me in a difficult position. I have $4.71 to my name.
I need to pay for denture supplies (fixodent, cleaning stuff, container, etc), diabetes supplies (syringes), and to pay a couple work-related bills (phone, cloud backup).

Well this sucks. I had to go to the hospital yesterday because I was super sick and my backpack had my medical RSO in it and I didn't remember until they x-rayed my bag and told me they had to throw it away even though I have a medical card "we can't hold onto it, and unless you can get someone here in 5 minutes, we have to dispose of it, it's policy"... it was 6AM and my nearest family lives in the next county over.
