My #DnD players found a fancy mirror in our game that is actually a communication device for a nefarious cult.

They have had it in a bag of holding for a while but have now taken it out and realised that it whoever is on the other side of the mirror might be able to hear them. They asked in a magic shop if there was a way to block sound to it, and I quickly made up "The Blanket of Silence".

I have no idea if this item is too powerful, too pointless, too silly etc, but it's canon in the world now, so that's that.

Feel free to use it, if you want.

This bit of Phlox's alchemist's cabinet made me chuckle:

"C2 scroll- scroll describing how to cast the second-level spell "Drain Curse," The effect is not described. If the spell is cursed, a plugged drain appears somewhere on the body of the caster. If the plug is ever pulled, they will lose 1 HP of blood every round until it is plugged again."
