I made spaghetti & meatballs for dinner tonight & I cheated. I picked up some organic, grass fed beef meatballs from Woolworths. I thought, yay, these should be alright & as there’s 12 of them I’ll make enough pasta sauce & have freezer meals as well.
The meatballs are in a little green waste bag in my green waste bin because they were bloody disgusting. Never again - blech 🤢.
Saying that, best pasta sauce I’ve made in yonks!

I didn’t entirely understand who “liberals” were when I wrote that; naïvely thinking it meant people who believed in equal rights for all and democratic ideals, etc. If I was to update the piece, I’d call myself either a progressive or simply an anarchist but definitely not a liberal :)

@Walkaholic Yes, the strands are definitely a nightmare. I made a cardigan the year before last. Lovely pattern, loved knitting it. However - realised after I’d finished (washed and shaped 🤦🏻♀️) that it was going to be far too small and had a weird neckline. Couldn’t undo it obviously so I’m contemplating cutting my losses and turning it into a cushion cover or even a tote bag. Hoping I’ve made a more sensible choice with this one. #LiveAndLearn

Someone just discovered that Hebrew books are read right to left—and they were not happy about it!
Yes, despite every description clearly stating that my Hebrew 1 & 2 workbooks are true Hebrew editions (formatted exactly as Hebrew books should be), I still get the occasional 1-star review from someone convinced they were printed backwards.
Sigh. If only they knew… this is exactly how Hebrew is meant to be read and written!
So, consider this your friendly reminder: My workbooks follow the authentic Hebrew format—on purpose 🤗
If you’re ready to train your brain the right way (or should I say, the right-to-left way 😉), grab a copy and start learning like a pro!

I love #hotsauce - hotter the better. My daily driver contains Trinidad Scorpion peppers, if that means anything.
Today I went to a local place that makes their own & asked for chicken with their hottest sauce on the side. First bite & swallow made hiccups (because blood rushes to your diaphragm) and is your body telling you "SLOW DOWN."
2nd note: It tastes terrible.
3rd note: It has two forms of #capsaicin extract in it, which is a direct cause of the previous notes.

Aaaaaarggggghhhh.
After *meticulous* editing and proofreading, just spotted two typos in the acknowledgements section of #ParallelLines, which came in late … and didn’t go to my proofreader … and so *of course* I introduced two typos in the process.
I've uploaded changes to Amazon ... but I hate that the first folks to buy the book will be the ones to get the less perfect versions!
