i accidentally grew military-grade chiles this year. 🌶️ ☣️

i cut one up to put in some vinegar with garlic and washed my hands. now a couple hours later my eyes and nose are burning (and i have made a conscious effort *not* to touch them just in case).

i have rubbed my hands twice with baking soda and water and coated them with oil. i can finally touch my tongue to my fingers without it hurting. 😭
