This is the #Jamaican #JerkSeasoning that I used to #marinate #chicken wings for an hour. Then baked them until fully cooked & the skins were slightly crispy.
I'm eating them with rice & fresh salad(made from our garden veggies).

I don't like daikon but it is helpful for opening airways and clearing, ahem, congestion. So this one is medicinal for me.

I made green tofu!
It's made out of dried green split peas, like you would use for soup. I had been watching the "Will it Tofu?" video series from Mary's Test Kitchen on Youtube and had to try it.
The color is really pretty- like a green tea latte.🍵
It was fun but I think I will stick to soy tofu in the future, this tastes like peas and the texture is a little dry because of the lack of fat. Still, if you can't eat soy, it's not terrible, especially with some seasoning. And peas are CHEAP. About 75 cents to make this.

Today it’s the third day since I moved to #Berlin.

I spent the first two days getting things sorted, cleaning and setting up the house, and getting acquainted with this incredible city.

Now that the basic things are out of the way, I am starting my tour of Berlin’s hackerspaces.

I want to get to know the city by connecting to its #independent, #communal, #anarchist, #cyberpunk spaces. I believe hackerspaces are the best way to do so. There are too many, it is wonderful and overwhelming at the same time. I love it.

My first stop has been #xHain, the hackerspace closest to where I live, in Friedrichshain.

It seems like exploring a dreamland. Not exaggerating: this #hackerspace embodies my greatest ideals and dreams.

I feel I will be spending a lot of time here.

Quite excited about this! I have quite oily hair and because I don't want to have to wash my hair every day, I have been using dry shampoos. Recently, I thought I look into how to create my own and found a receipe that only uses corn flour (to soak up the oil) and coco (to darken it). For the smell I just stuck some dry lavender into the powder. You apply it with a make up brush and it worked really well and smells amazing!

I've yet to find any that are comfortable. The saddle pulls the inner leg up making the leg opening tighter. This then either rides up or worse still rubs up and down every pedal rotation.

The best pair have a diamond shaped gusset but even the aren't perfect. Has anyone found a design that works?
