The 2016 Liatiko, a Cretan value from Douloufakis, is holding well, but this is a good time to dive in.
Darker red fruits dominate. There is still some tannic pop, but it's more approachable these days. It still needed some air. Tight, focused & a bit earthy, it's a nice food wine.
