I have a good friend in Kathmandu who spends a tonne of time helping with community projects and raising funds via a mob called Kiwanis.
He's just posted a bunch of shots to Facebook and IDK but every time I see that acronym KCFN my brain reads a different word entirely.
Anyway, there's a lot of good people in this world doing good stuff. Fkn cheers to them all.

Chilling.
At the same time working to keep my ingestion of politics at a level that won't make me vomit.
What helps is knowing the volunteer work I do with #Kiwanis makes a difference for my area.
I encourage everyone who is wanting a better world to go #volunteer some time, if possible, to an organization they believe in.
It soothes the soul.
