During a lengthy Dec. 27, 2020, meeting in which President Donald Trump tried to convince top Justice Department officials to declare the election “corrupt,” he briefly took time to press them on investigating Hunter Biden.
Trump told then-acting attorney general Jeffrey Rosen and then-acting deputy attorney general Richard Donoghue to “figure out what to do with Hunter Biden,” Donoghue told investigators from the Jan. 6 committee.
