Both #Jan6Committee and the House Ethics Committee found significant evidence of wrongdoing and produced documentary evidence, but #Garland is always in LA LA Land.

Hunter DID NOT refuse to testify. He agreed to testify on LIVE TV. Republicans refused and demanded he testify IN PRIVATE before a committee that had on it Republicans who ignored a subpoena themselves. So he did what THEY did.

The fact Willis had "fewer resources" and is subject to more #GOP obstruction (including a Republican governor) all explain her case taking longer.
The prosecution of T**** went into warp speed after Garland turned it over to Smith.
No one is saying Garland could have constructed a case in just a few months, but he had all the evidence he needed before the #Jan6Committee hearings had even completed over a year ago.
