Great #AndysManClub tonight. Got some anxieties off my chest about my relationship with C, and shared my hurt and frustration at how my ex wife has been poisoning my #kids against C and I again. I can’t really put into words how important this group of brothers are to me. I’m doing my first #volunteering slot for them in the morning - handing out fliers and business cards at the train station.

The inaugural #AndysManClub #10k is to take place on the 16th July at Delamere Forest, Cheshire.
There will be activities on the fields near the start and finish line and
everyone is welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy the day on, what will be, a great family event.The event is raising money for Andy's Man Club, a charity that supports men's mental health.
