  35. After last week’s lactic threshold and vo2 max tests I’ve been recommended to run more in my revised zone 2(150-165 bpm) to build endurance and fatigue resistance to help in any future races.   37. Went out for my first run since having the lactate threshold test, decided to push a little bit more than usual on my easy runs.
