@spytfyre I came across #AndysManClub recently at an event I was involved in. I had a great talk with the guys about their ethos. I love what they're doing for men's mental health.

I’m working with my support network to help me start doing the things I love and need again. I’m asking Cs mum to come over on Thursday evenings so I can attend church home group. A church friend is coming over on Monday so that I can attend #AndysManClub. It’s so crippling being trapped in the house because C is not well enough to be left alone to care for baby.

C said I should go to #AndysManClub tonight so that I can get support, so that I can in turn better support her. I need to go but I’m worried she’s not well enough to cope with baby while I’m out for 2.5 hours. We’ll see.

I can’t really put into words how important this group of brothers are to me. I’m doing my first #volunteering slot for them in the morning - handing out fliers and business cards at the train station.

The inaugural #AndysManClub #10k is to take place on the 16th July at Delamere Forest, Cheshire.

There will be activities on the fields near the start and finish line and
everyone is welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy the day on, what will be, a great family event.

The event is raising money for Andy's Man Club, a charity that supports men's mental health.
