Catnip and Ants
I started a lovely herb garden this year. I am quite proud of my little bed of goodies. I planted basil, catnip, mint, hyssop, motherwort, yarrow, sage, mallow, oregano, and a random melon/ cucumber plant that managed to fall into the mix. Nothing huge, just a little garden that brings a lot of joy. Last weekend I was tidying up around the plants and found myself being attacked by ants. I flicked and swiped them off then watched for a moment. My catnip plant was being swarmed by ants, […] -

Secret of the earth
