Any of these diagrams can be used to play lead for any minor chord/key. You can change from one chord to a different chord by sliding the entire pattern up or down the fretboard so it fits around that root note of the pattern.

Have a companion guitarist play a chord progression of G-C-D. Whenever the guitarist is playing a G chord, you play in the G scale. When they switch chords to C or D, then you use the C and D scales above.

Two very good guitar lessons today. The lessons overlapped a bit and today again I made (made? I can only suggest, innit) them play a couple of duets. Which they loved and they made arrangements to meet outside of lessons to play. I count that as a win.

At one of my schools, with pupil preparing a grade 6 electric guitar (Trinity Rock & Pop). His programme so far is: 'Samba Pa'Ti' by Santana, 'With A Little Help From My Friends' in the Joe Cocker version, Hendrix's 'The Wind Cries Mary' -very sort of classic rock. He's playing all these better than I can, already, so I think we're on a good path here.
