@jgodfrey like 8 mos ago I had a humming-only disposal & figured I needed to replace it. So I buy a new one & get down to opening it up & one of the first things in box is a big old allen wrench, which reminded me that the old one came w/one of those also. So I find the old one & stick it in the hexagonal opening at the bottom center of my broken unit, and turn. Boom--disposal un-stuck, the cat food can lid that had gotten itself wedged in the mechanism now loose.

I love that my job requires me to be humble at all times, for example, just today I came across the following sentence and I'm not afraid to say I understood very little to nothing!

For me, it was Tetris. I used to defeat all of my friends so effortlessly that I genuinely believed I was one of the top players in the world. However, the internet and YouTube eventually humbled me...
