I do remember the first Floppotron, but i had no idea that it was in version 3 and is now a full orchestra with 512 floppy disk drives, 4 scanners and 16 hard disk drives 😮

The Floppotron project never sleeps!
Floppotron 2.0 was decommisssioned last week after 6 years and 128 songs of faithful service.
Presenting: Floppotron 3.0!
At 4 flatbed scanners, 512 floppy drives and 16 hard drives, it is now a true orchestra. Just amazing. Peak power use is around 1.2 kW, but it's for a good cause!

I'm truly impressed... I remember like a decade ago or so when the #Floppotron started out with a couple floppy drives and a recognisable rendition of the Imperial March from Star Wars.
