Simply put children can be very impressionable and that is wonderful thing for the child to see opportunities everywhere, but it is best tempered with some degree of understanding, especially if the child becomes too #fixated.
The key is *knowing* what your child is learning or has learned. Then you can tell them your experience on a topic. Not going to say this is easy, though.
