  1. I am a federally cleared programmer, turned #whistleblower

I spoke against the #VA and #AccentureFederalServices and pointed out corruption and mismanagement of funds. I fight for the rights of #veterans

I have been persecuted, and homeless since 2023.

I am presently in #Japan , seeking political asylum.

    My whistleblower story is here:

    whistleblower.lovestoblog.com/

I thought that I would be safe from persecution, once I got to Japan. This turned out to be wrong.

I ran out of the funds I came here with, in February 2026, and have been #homeless here since.

I turned to every refugee assistance I could find: #JAR, #AAR, #RHQ, #FRESC, #UNHCR , the #Shinagawa City Ward Office. They all denied me assistance.

Second Harvest gave me 5 food packages, over two months, each of which lasts 2-3 days.

The #Takanawa #Catholic #Church was feeding me 1 meal a day, though now they have stopped even that.

When I reported to Mr. Takaii, a priest at #Meguro Catholic Church, that I had been abused by a Catholic Charity in #Kona , #Hawaii ( documented in the link above ), he suddenly told me he did not speak any English, though we had met a few times, and had several conversations, and he speaks English fluently.

This is probably because I asked him to respond to my critique of #Christianity in general:

    rant.li/ashwin/why-i-am-also-n

The #corruption at the heart of the Catholic church and Christianity could not be more profound.

The #Pope has condemned #war and called for #peace , and scored cheap #poltical points against #Trump , though he has not called on all #Catholics to resign from the military, and stop participating in war. His apologia are crocodile tears.

I am presently hungry, homeless, and need of medical care.

The Japanese #Immigration Bureau keep asking me why I have "overstayed my visa". I keep responding that while my asylum application is pending, I am not overstaying in Japan. Japan is in violation of #International #Law ( 1951 & 1967 convention on the treatment of #refugees ). They can easily extend my visa, so I can get medical care and food. I have reported to them several times that I am in pain, and need food. They keep on harassing me.

It seems to me that the #JapanPM has decided to make same mistake that Japan made in #WW2 - siding with #corruption

    Please boost this message.

Also please advise where I may turn for immediate help.

  2. Former DOJ Pardon Attorney Liz Oyer has uncovered a massive, quiet policy change at the Bureau of Prisons (dated May 6) that completely strips away objective checks and balances for federal inmate placement.

The new rule gives Acting AG Todd Blanche total, unchecked authority to bypass standard BOP safety scoring and personally dictate where prisoners serve time.

The warning? Allies get fast-tracked to comfy halfway houses or home confinement, while political opponents or protestors could face unilateral placement in maximum-security prisons alongside violent offenders. No review.

No limits. This is the weaponization of the prison system hiding in plain sight, and it needs to be the central focus of Blanche's upcoming Senate confirmation hearings.

  3. Update. #ThomsonReuters fired a senior attorney for her role in the employee letter protesting the company's allegedly illegal conduct.
    404media.co/thomson-reuters-fi

Billie Little, the fired attorney, says she was fired for an "unspecified code of conduct violation." She believes she was singled out because she was the most visible leader behind the protest letter. She's suing for reinstatement and damages, and for firing her in violation of the Oregon #whistleblower statute. She maintains that the data the company sold to #ICE "circumvented and violated state sanctuary laws, privacy protections, and the Constitution.”

  4. The #DOJ’s internal watchdog has seemingly ignored 20 instances of possible wrongdoing by the #Trump admin, lawyers for a #whistleblower said in a letter on Monday urging lawmakers to address the “apparent collapse” of an office meant to root out #misconduct.

The lawyers pointed to the case of their client, Erez Reuveni, who was fired in April last year amid a legal fight over the admin’s decision to send immigrants to #CECOT, a maximum-security prison in #ElSalvador. It

    Kriminelle umgehen Verifikationen leicht

    Q: Chilling Effect, Risiken, Piratenpartei

(ARD)

  7. Good ol' #KerrMcGee. You remember them, right? #KarenSilkwood's employer!

Karen #Silkwood's sudden death unpacked in ABC documentary

The four-part podcast unearths never-before-heard audio tapes.

    ByDoc Louallen
    November 14, 2024

"Fifty years ago, the death of a 28-year-old #plutonium plant worker and whistleblower in Oklahoma -- a death many found mysterious and sparked decades of speculation -- shocked the nation.

"The official story was that Karen Silkwood died in a one-car crash on Nov. 13, 1974. She was on her way to meet a New York Times journalist, reportedly to hand over documents she'd secretly been collecting at her job at a #NuclearFacility. The Oklahoma State Highway Patrol concluded that Silkwood fell asleep at the wheel -- possibly under the influence of prescribed drugs --- drove off the highway, crashed into a ditch, and died.

"'We’ve never believed it,' Mike Boettcher said of the official narrative. Boettcher and his reporting partner Bob Sands, both veteran Oklahoma journalists, say many in Oklahoma speculate that Karen Silkwood may have died for what she knew.

"Silkwood's story has become widely known, inspiring several books, articles, and a major motion picture.
Silkwood worked at a nuclear fuel production plant that manufactured #plutonium fuel rods to power a new type of nuclear reactor, which was part of a multi-million dollar experiment to enhance #nuclear energy. When she noticed what she felt were #unsafe working conditions -- such as leaks, spills and co-workers frequently getting #contaminated with #RadioactiveMaterial -- she spoke up and tried to make improvements.

"'Karen became nuclear energy's first #whistleblower, though the term whistleblower was just starting to be used,' Boettcher said. 'This was at a time when the idea of someone inside of a big corporation exposing alleged misdeeds was shocking.'

"Silkwood's allegations, contamination, and untimely death sparked an investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, an FBI inquiry, a civil lawsuit, several appeals, a congressional hearing and two appearances before the U.S. Supreme Court."

  8. #JulianAssange extradition appeal: what you need to know before the #UK high court’s ruling

#WikiLeaks founder to learn on Tuesday if he can appeal against his extradition to the #UnitedStates

    by Rafqa Touma
    Mon 25 Mar 2024 22.03 EDT

"Fitzgerald said Assange and WikiLeaks 'were responsible for the exposure of criminality on the part of the #USGovernment on an unprecedented scale,' including #torture, rendition, #extrajudicial killings and #WarCrimes.

"He alleged '#StateRetaliation' motivated the US prosecution and so was unlawful. Fitzgerald also warned that if Assange was extradited there was 'a real risk that he’ll suffer a flagrant denial of justice'.

"#MarkSummers KC, also for Assange, raised the issue of #CIA officials under former US president Donald #Trump reportedly discussing abducting and even #assassinating Assange."
