Allora, cerchiamo di fare ordine sulla fuga di documenti segreti del #Pentagono sulla base delle poche informazioni certe emerse finora.

I documenti sono file del #Pentagono, NON "cablo": i cablo sono le corrispondenze diplomatiche. NON risulta che, come scrivono giornali come Repubblica, siano stati rubati, il presunto responsabile della fuga di documenti vi aveva accesso legittimo con una security clearance

La security clearance è l'autorizzazione del governo americano ad accedere a documenti classificati. Esistono 4 livelli di classificazione:
1) unclassified
2) confidential
3) secret
4) top secret
poi esistono restrizioni speciali all'accesso ai documenti

Le restrizioni speciali sono, per esempio, le sigle "ORCON" che compaiono su alcuni dei documenti del Pentagono fatti uscire dal presunto responsabile di questa fuga.

Restrizioni come ORCON limitano la possibilità di condividere i documenti classificati. ORCON, per esempio,significa che il dipartimento che ha classificato quel documento decide se quel file va condiviso o meno al di fuori del dipartimento.

Ottenere una security clearance, cioè un'autorizzazione ad accedere a documenti classificati del governo americano,richiede un lungo processo di verifiche psicologiche,finanziarie ecc sia per la persona che la richiede, sia per i suoi familiari e conoscenti

Spiego nel mio libro #IlPotereSegreto,prefazione di #KenLoach, #chiarelettere, come il processo di verifica per ottenere una "security clearance",per accedere a documenti classificati del governo americano, sia un processo lungo e con verifiche molto intrusive.

Sottolineo questo perché colpisce come ogni volta che c'è una fuga di documenti segreti, che sia originata da whistleblower o leaker, parte subito la campagna di denigrazione: vengono tutti dipinti come mentalmente instabili,pedofili, razzisti.

Colpisce come gente che ha subito verifiche psicologiche, finanziarie, ecc. molto approfondite ed è risultata idonea a ottenere una "security clearance", appena fa uscire documenti, diventa per i media o mentalmente instabile o pedofila o suprematista e razzista: possibile?

Chelsea Manning,whistleblower che ha passato file cruciali a #WikiLeaks,dipinta come mentalmente instabile Joshua Schulte,presunta fonte #CIA #Vault7 #WikiLeaks, accusato pedofilia Jack Teixera, presunto leaker #PentagonLeak, dipinto come suprematista bianco,antisemita,razzista.

Per quello che ho potuto verificare, alcuni dei documenti che PRESUMIBILMENTE Jack Teixera avrebbe fatto uscire, sono di un livello di classificazione che viene definito "oltre il top secret", ovvero top secret/SCI.

Alcuni dei file che ho potuto vedere sono top secret/SI-G:
non solo top secret,ma anche SCI= informazione di intelligence che è stata ottenuta o che riguarda fonti e metodi tali che la loro conoscenza è controllata dal Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) e anche GAMMA.

GAMMA è una sottocategoria della COMINT=Communitions Intelligence= intelligence che si ottiene intercettando e analizzando comunicazioni radio,telefoniche e digitali.
