    Substantial work has been undertaken on understanding problems of effect size calculation, comparison & aggregation for #RCTs in these settings (sciencedirect.com/science/arti) and where consensus work around the #EEF has led to communication and standardisation. 👏

    Some are good methodological developments, such as #EEF publishing all results, and that they favour a multi-stage process of development and testing that might lead to some "promising trials bias" (tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10), especially in our case as we were mostly evaluators in later stages.
