Despite running 2 #AdBlockers (admittedly free versions - AdBlock Plus and AdBlock) and #PrivacyBadger, there are increasingly more and more websites that show endless ads to me. Often recipe pages. No matter if I block the ads individually, a new one pops up.

Any ideas on how to make the ads stop? And I can tell you all right now, the answer is not for me to run linux.

Kommt drauf an: Wenn die Werbung als "normales" Video daherkommt (wie seit neulich in den Shorts) oder von Streamern während des Streams präsentiert wird, wird das natürlich nicht gefiltert (da dürfte jedoch auch der DuckDuckGo-Browser einknicken). Alles andere wird bei mir gefiltert und ins Datennirvana geschickt. Ich habe weder vor noch während noch nach den Streams irgendwelche von utube eingespielte Werbeblöcke oder Werbung neben dem Player.
Das funktioniert übrigens nicht nur bei utube, sondern auch bei allen anderen Seiten, die irgendwelche Werbung schalten.

#Pihole und #unbound auf dem Raspi.

I can also run these in containers (sandboxes)

How many browsers do you need?

None are perfect and we all have familiars. I find small browsers such as Dillo not up to my needs.

Because Vivaldi is European. Decided to make it default. I wonder if I can get on with it this time. Tried it many times. Like its speed but never settled on Vivaldi...
