Tool vendors are equating #flow with staying in the IDE. Yet I can think of many times I was in flow while bopping around between the IDE, the browser, an emulator, a text editor, and a couple of command lines.

I've also been taking out of flow by a stupid IDE that made me go fix a library version when I was in the middle of doing something else.

Flow doesn't mean staying within one app, it means not having to stop and think about something else.

Being a team player is one of the most important requirement especially in this era of WFH where you’re not brainstorming in person(which for sure impacts in a different way instead of being on call while day long).
How you manage, as a developer & a team player, when someone in your team don’t share same ideology, motivation, conception, knowledge, goal as your team? Just curious🤔
