Die #EWE schickt #Außendienstmitarbeiter zum Ablesen des Stromzählerstandes los. Die #Kunden erhalten anschließend Anrufe von einem #CallCenter aus Potsdamm. Das CallCenter fordert von den Kunden eine Bestätigung über den Besuch des MA und einen Datenabgleich. Die Kunden werden nicht darüber informiert, dass dieser Anruf erfolgt. In den Datenschutzhinweisen/AGB wird der Drittanbieter nicht aufgeführt. Empfehlung: Anrufe ins Leere laufen lassen, nicht rangehen!!

PLEASE don't use AI bots as the only way to get business support/help! It's really horrible! They don't even understand the legal questions about the business or services that only a human can answer. In many cases there is a need to get a guarantee of the service that it works in certain conditions which an AI bot cannot do that.

Trying to contact Trainline to give them some helpful advice about their booking system. It's impossible to just send them an email. You have to use their direct message service which has to be about a specific journey. I don't want to do that. I want to email them.
I booked a return journey the 2nd leg of which would be on a strike day so I wanted to rebook that. Their system only allows you to change everything, not just a part of a journey.

Did ya see the recent #CakeWallet Mother's Day contest where they asked their users to #doxx themselves by publicly posting their #XMR addresses on #Twitter? It's both sad & strange that any #Monero project would ever encourage this behavior as it's such #BadPractice & bad #OPSec.I now suggest #Monerujo to Android users instead of the above as I do not ever see them encouraging this type of crap.
