Je souhaite pas particulièrement à tout un chacun d'être handi'e (paraît que ça se fait pas) mais je souhaite surtout à personne d'être handi'e ET d'avoir à faire avec le service client Trainline Business pour avoir les infos d'accessibilité

Ça fait une semaine que je me fais balader, on me prend pour une incapable de chercher mes billets, en me disant que l'option pmr est par défaut (???) alors que les places attribuées ne sont pas celles des places pmr (même pas les bonnes voitures)
Et bien sur pas de service client par téléphoné, tout se fait pas mail à grands coups de "email traduit par l'IA" pour arranger la communication

Y'a pas d'option PMR à la recherche de trajet mais d'après https://support.thetrainline.com/hc/fr/articles/5186625841183-Quelle-assistance-est-disponible-pour-les-personnes-%C3%A0-mobilit%C3%A9-r%C3%A9duite y'a la possibilité d'ajouter l'option PMR comme une carte. Mais je ne vois pas l'option parmis les cartes
Y'a vraiment zéro moy de réserver des trajets PMR ? (sans forcément assistengare) -

after a terminally terrible experience with #trainline website I was keen to find a better way to get from London to Birmingham and it turns out Chiltern Railways gets the thumbs up from this dude who did a seriously deep dive on the best rail provider between Birmingham and London. The 2024 prices are so low I almost fell off my seat.

Always look above the Price for a cheaper ticket option.
Trainline are pretty poor at showing you the actual cheapest price for the ticket.It's not an insignificant price difference either!

Spent way too much time getting tickets from Zürich to Verona. Trainline could handle all the reduction we have in Switzerland, but crashed when I actually tried to buy the ticket. Trenitalia has no clue what a Swiss reduction is. In the end, the SBB web-site worked, and turned out to be the cheapest.

Que ce soit #sncfconnect #trainline ou @12train je ne trouve aucune visibilité sur les #TGV qui prennent les vélos, ni sur comment réserver en ligne.

Trainline suck. They’ve changed their ticketing so that the Apple Wallet pass only has the start and end of the journey on it, and the date.
Previously they included the departure and arrival times, and seat reservation details.
A clumsy move to force people into using their app instead. Well sorry but it isn’t going to work. I’ve nothing but contempt for this behaviour.
