Creamed #cod #fish, #Venetian, or Italian-style. I regularly revisit this recipe, and I love it just as much as #hummus or #BabaGanoush. There are simple and more complex recipes for creamed cod… this is just one of my variations! It’s more substantial.

ARCHIVAL from 27 Dec. 2028: Humble post-holiday meal made with the extra #pasta shells, filled with a #tuna mousse (or ”spuma di tonno” in the Italian), and cooked in a lemony #avgolemono type sauce, seeded with grated parmigiano and topped with breadcrumbs.
