How many times have we lived this narrative/reality in adopting new technologies....
It is never the tech, it is the ability (lack of) for enterprises to know where and how to put the tech to work in ways that can truly make an IMPACT!
Pilots and trials usually work but then corporate reality hits - fragmented data, processes designed for previous tech, ownership gaps, misaligned/unclear goals/objectives .... which prevents new tech from unlocking new value when pushed out into an Enterprise and it becomes technology adoption for technology's sake.
And in the case of AI, the absolute inability to move at the speed of AI ... which is actually a false path to attempt... and that further blocks unlocking value.
