I had a great ride today with Danny, Dougie and Angie (fellow Dukinfield CC members). It looked a bit grim when we set off from Dukinfield but the sun came out once Angie left us at the top of Marsden Moor (image 1)! And we nearly got hit by a deer hopping across the road just after Scammonden Dam (image 2). Two hen harriers spotted, also. 75km, 1200m of climbing and great company. #BikeTooter #BikeToot #Cycling #OutsideIsFree #DukinfieldCC

The club carried on to #Hartington and I did a 180 and came back via #Strines and #Compstall. So chuffed with the new #chpt3 #SCC3 kit, as tried and tested by #DavidMillar on the #MigrationRace2024. It feels great and the straps on the shorts are like silk. TBF this kit would look 💯 awesome if I had David's physique but I'm a beefy Bren so there you go. Nice deep pockets in the shorts for #hummus and #pittas. #BikeTooter #Cycling #CyclingKit #BikeToot
