    I really harmed my back on Friday. I don’t think it was me digging the garden, I think it was having to lug the bales of lucerne from where the produce store delivered them, to closer to the #alpacas & #sheep.

    I’ve been stuck in bed, in pain ever since.

    This morning I decided that I’d have to take my best painkiller- #Dilaudid.

    Yes, the pain is that bad. 😖

    The #alpacas & #sheep show a little bit of interest in me being outside.

    Not the normal rush to the gate. I’m so happy seeing them enjoying grazing instead of feed.

    I did put a couple of buckets of crushed lupins out there for them, but they continued on their merry way.

    I made brekky for us & then went outside to feed the #alpacas & #sheep.

    Seeing that they aren’t really interested in lucerne at the moment I gave them several buckets of crushed lupins.

    The minute they saw me grabbing their bucket they all raced to the gate.

    The #mudbrothers are a testament to the wet weather we’ve been having.

    It’s still cool & raining, I’m still sick & coughing; so I did an about face & came inside.

    The #alpacas & #sheep are FINALLY preferring to graze on the grass than chew on lucerne bales. I think they can go without my feeding them for a day.

    (They’ve been ignoring me for about a week now when I go out with feed. They look up & continue grazing) 🤗
