Joseph Hillstrom King alias Joe Hill je jeden ze dvou synů Stephena Kinga a všeobecně i ten známější a produktivnější ze synů tohoto úspěšného spisovatele.
V našich končinách už od něj vyšlo několik knih a komiksů a já jsem se tentokrát vrhnul na jeho povídkovou sbírku 'Na plný plyn'.
Třináct různorodých povídek, z nichž dvě napsal společně se svým otcem, který na něj může být právem hrdý. Tohle je opravdu povedená sbírka. Samozřejmě i zde se najde pár slabších kousků, ale jako celek je to kvalitní práce. Thriller, fantasy, sci-fi a samozřejmě horor. Stačí si jen nastoupit a sešlápnout pedál až na podlahu.Zde jablko opravdu nespadlo daleko od stromu.
