Ironically, as #Reddit goes public it has never been a greater cesspool of bots posting and commenting.
90% of posts are fake or reposts.
Half the time you aren’t even talking to someone else real.
Compared to Reddit of ten years ago, it has become a dumpster fire. Like most social media.

Am I wrong that without the 5-4 "requires enabling legislation" holding House members could object at the electoral certification and refuse to accept a slate of electors for Trump if he wins?
If so, I think that is a compelling reason to reach farther than necessary in the opinion.
Although to be clear, I think it is bad law (to be fair, the entire decision is bad law).

After listening to oral arguments: 8-2 or 7-2 Reverse.

1. The result's reasoning: what is the agreed-upon legal hook?
2. How the opinion fractures: concurrences, dissents--groupings, etc. Justice Jackson especially (I'm curious).
3. Does any justice engage with whether Trump committed insurrection?

Fun case I found:
While the default right-of-way rule for vehicles under Wis. Stat. 346.18(1) could plausibly cover airplanes, the WI Supreme Court did not believe the Legislature intended it to do so and the Court was unsure how some terms like “intersection” would apply to air highways.

Justice Jackson seems a potential vote for Trump’s side.
Barrett was quite concerned about due process.
The self-executing argument seems like it was central, even though it seems unclear.
